I just recently started using Ubuntu, and I'm liking it so far, but my wireless connection isn't working. Why is this, and how can I fix it?

you need to install the linux driver for the network card. If there is a native linux driver, then use that, otherwise, most people use a wrapper for their windows driver called ndiswrapper.

good luck
