It is impossible to predict that sort of thing. The number of contexts and situations affected by this imaginary name replacement is extraordinarily large. This has to do with the butterfly effect (see more below). One can only infer but I could suggest two things (considering that the words would be switched in every language of the world): First, the word cynic would not have the same root as canine, but rather, it would be rooted in something feline. And second, your name would be Beth Pu*sy.
