These are handheld or strapped midi keyboards. The nice thing about these are since they are midi, you can make them sound like almost anything you want like guitar or bass or keyboards. I still own one and it is made by Roland.

That really old 80's sort of thing. It's just a guitar piano it doesn't have a decent name
