I was just watching a segment on the today show..it was only a few minutes ago..and they were talking about couples moving in together..they said that less than 40% of couples who move in together end up getting married!! they said that in many cases one of the people in the relationship thinks that moving in together instead of marriage will keep the other person quiet about it...if he's getting upset about he he probably has no intention of marrying you...i'm sorry if that sounds harsh.

If you look at most divorces you'll see that men get the short end of the stick. The woman gets full custody of the kids and half of his paycheck and he gets labeled an emotional abuser and has a restraining order slapped against him. No wonder they're afraid of marriage.

You can also blame the feminists. Men have no power in their home anymore. Women think they're entitled to run the show and then expect him to be happy with everything she says and does. It's just not in a man's nature to be happy like that. Men are happiest when they feel they are protecting and caring for a family, not being victimized by it.

Why do people lump things together, you may have noticed that most women are married to guys. Your guy doesn't want to marry you, that's the issue. Is it the old milk cow argument, why buy the cow if you get the milk for free. Is it like the other answer says, one vagina for the rest of his life, or maybe fear of commitment? Could be he is just a butt head. You have to use your head and find out why.

Don't move in uless you are married. See, that's the biggest mistake some folks make. Ok, you're not married. He cheats on you. So, what are you gonna do about it. You get pregnant. Then what. And, if you think he's gonna marry you after you move in....hahahahaha.....it's old, but true. Why buy the cow, when you're getting the milk for free. Your life. Do as you want. But I suggest you watch the movie "About Last Night"

Some men will chase after women with no intentions of marrying them with the same urges a dog uses to chase after cars with no intention of ever driving one.

It's a big commitement. When u say ur vows that means most likely ur going 2 be with this person the rest of ur life. Just be paient and wait ... so you'll have the perfect day. Hope it works out!!

He is not afraid, he just knows he can get what he wants for free and keep putting you off. I hope you are not going to give him the "treat" before he pays for it. That is like giving somebody a loan to buy a hamburger. How do you get it back?

It's because fear of commitment. Men often feel they might be missing out on something better...they might miss that ultimate sexual experience with a hot woman. They soon get through this around 45

Because he knows you will end up cheating on him after you get married because you got bored and went and found another man. Just accept the fact that you will probably never get married...or if you do get married it won't last.

Marriage is a commitment. Most times it does not last.
This is enough to scare anyone.
