I paid for a woman's coffee at 7-11 this morning because she got to the register and didn't have her wallet! Small, yes, but she appreciated it.

I have not been out today but I do like to spread ramdom acts of kindness throughout my day to others. Try it...It can be fun. Pay for the car behind you at the drive through, bring a dessert to your neighbor, let someone with less groceries cut inline in front of you at the store, Hand a toll both operator a $20 bill to pay for others tolls, compliment anyone on their outfit, hair whatever. There are a million things you can do and doing these things makes America better.

Trying not too be to self-righteous, I did yesterday...
A lot of the customers my company has come to the factory to pick up their purchase (we built motorhomes). We have a waiting area for those who are having service work done or other reasons. We provide a connection so they have a way to connect to the Internet. Since these people are traveling a lot, they bring their notebook computers with them. Not all people understand how to set up a network connection or how to change their dial-up connection. The front desk called me to assist a person with this yesterday. I went to their aid and got them going in short order. It is nice to see how happy that makes someone for what is so simple for me.
Sorry for tooting my own horn here, but it is just a reminder it could be just the simplest things that can give another a pleasant experience or a moment of happiness.

Actually I did...I woke up at 5am this morning and made omelets for our local swim team meet!

i guess so...in a way. see, this new girl moved into our neighboorhood...so i invited her out to lunch, then we went shopping and just hung out. i also found out she's an awesome girl. so, kind of in a way...but now she's not a stranger at all...hehe =)
