Enough already with the creepy kids..

cause its in Asian horror movie culture..it has been like that all along in Asia..you only notice it now cause more American movies now are influenced by Asian movies
creepy kids scares people cause we always see kids as innocent and cute and sweet..so a creep kid is more scary than a creepy adult..
.with the exception of the omen,..almost all the horror movies now are made based on Japanese games or remake based on Japanese movies.. silent hill, the game by konami corporation, the grudge by Takashi Shimizu, the ring by Hideo Nakata..someone mentioned the sixth sense.. its writer, M. Night Shyamalan is asian too right.. although he is raised in America, I'm sure he has watched more Asian films than most American and gets his inspirations from them..
movies abt fastcars and racing like too fast too furious are influenced by Hong Kong and japanese movies... romance movies like the lake house is a remake of a korean movie
im not sure if it has been released yet but there will be a remake of the hong kong cop movie Infernal Affairs. its a really good show.
keep a look out for it..

Well,we have higher expectations now.Today,people won't get scared because Dracula just sucked some body's blood,or people won't get scared because some guy chases and tries to kill a little girl during Halloween.The point is that creepy kids make the movies better as in its more suspenseful or just trying to scare us more psychologically.But it is true what livinoasis18 says how America has been influenced by movies originally made in Asia.Like examples are Silent Hill,The Ring and The Ring Two,and Dark Water.

Creepy kids are very... well creepy! They try to bring the scary movie to everyday life... kids are a part of a lot of ppl's lives. This creepy kid thing has been going on way before sixth sense!!

Because kids have these big huge eyes, and they can make them seem so evil, and when the bad guy is the kid, you can't hope the kid dies. It's just creepy.

lol cuz creepy kids are just awesome yo. real talk, whats better than a six yr old telling you your gonna die the eve of darkness? a SIX yr old. nobody can do it better. not a baby, not an old person, nobody. but a six yr old? they should be running around stuff up. NOPE. instead, theyre predicting deaths and bieng used as the hand of the devil. way better, i think

Liberal parents create creepy kids and thusly they end up in movies...kinda creepy if you ask me

Weird isn't it. We're no longer scared of monsters and ogres. Too many well-known actors are playing horror lead (Tom Cruise et. al) so we can't take them seriously. We simply laugh at animals when they are trying to be scary, guess there's nothing left but kids to scare us.
