Depends on the pain..........ibuprophen is good for a headache, but not a migrain......naproxin is good for migrain............ibuprophen is also best for swelling or aches............i don't like tylonol at all...........if it is sinus pain the best med. is sudafed.

You didn't state with or without a prescription. From my experience with a prescription vicoden, and without Aleve (naproxi sodium)

Aleve - naproxen sodium - a smaller amount works longer and it reduces inflammation better.
