Depends on the pain..........ibuprophen is good for a headache, but not a migrain......naproxin is good for migrain............ibuprophen is also best for swelling or aches............i don't like tylonol at all...........if it is sinus pain the best med. is sudafed.

Aleve - naproxen sodium - a smaller amount works longer and it reduces inflammation better.
