I have heard/read that we create our own reality with the thoughts we think most of the time. For example, I am worried about not having enough money, so... ..... abundance will not come into my life because the emotional vibration I create with worry will keep it at bay.

Th particular idea that your "emotional vibration" will cause you not to get money is hooey.

However, there is something to be said about simple psychology.

For example, how we perceive ourselves often comes across to others and affects how they perceive us. (If we are insecure or shy, we pull back; others see we feel uneasy or look anti-social; they pull back in return; we get more insecure.)

When we act confidence (even if we do not feel it), others react to our confidence. Their confidence in us allows us to be more confident in the future. So we end up "making" ourselves more confident.

As another example, I have seen many people with average talent succeed where many smart talented people have failed, simply because the person with average talent simply believed they would be successful.

So they kept trying, where the "smart" person would have quit. They lived passionately on their belief... and eventually other people believed, and they were able to succeed.

I wouldn't call that magic, and I don't think there's any sort of "energy" to harness. I think it's all about psychology and how we affect each other as human beings.

What we choose to believe about ourselves and life often ends up affecting where we end up and how others perceive us.

We don't create our own reality. If I was worried about not having enough money I would hang on to it tighter and think of a way to increase it.Which is exactly what I did. It's a CHOICE as to what you do not an emotional vibration

It's possible, but many people's realities were handed to them on silver plates, and I'm sure that their worries pertain to fear of losing their finances, of which in most cases does not happen. "Do or Do Not" is the bottom line.

mind over matter....I think that holds true ..." you are what you eat"/ therefore "you are what you think" I don't know, maybe... I think when you have a mind set to do or not to do something it can either make it happen or make it not happen...try focusing on ( in your case) the positive what you do have where you've come from and where you want to be finacially...instead of failure, if not your just setting your self up for it!

I don't think there's any doubt that you become what you think.
The brain is a powerful thing although it does not necessarily require complexity.

Plant a seed - give it sunshine and water - nurture it to health - maintain.

If you focus on not having any money then the stimulus in the environment you will attend to will be stuff that reinforces this, the things that you dont have enough money to buy, but you also miss the things that contradict your belief. basically you attend to stuff that reinforces and ignore stuff that contradicts.

Thoughts lead to action and it is action that will have the most effect on your reality.

You just play the hand you're dealt...

I don't think negative thinking can impact on reality like that.

i believe it to a certain point like if you think your sick you will be or make yourself feel like you are. if you think long enough that way yes it tends to be true but not like i think i will die in a hurricane will that be true? doubtful.
