You'll have to beat them away with a stick usually ... unless you project this don't &$%# with me attitude and scare them away ... works for me when it's needed, but the drawback for doing this is you may be thought of as a lesbian for not being interested in "them".. poor guys with hurt feelings. heh
I love to ride and be in the wind, best feeling of freedom I know, I'm sure you are going to love every minute on your scoot. Ride safe .. have a blast and keep the rubber side down girl.

In the central MN area the MC education classes inrollment is about two thirds women over men. So at that rate eventually there might be as many ladies riding bikes as men someday. Good Luck and ride safe.

Why is this question, or a variant of it, asked every day on here?
If you want to ride, who cares what random people think, just do it! You shouldn't ride a motorcycle because you want to get guys, you should ride one because YOU want to.
It all depends on the guy. That's like asking if girls like it when guys have short or long hair.

I'm a beginner as well, I ride a scooter since I'm not ready for the weight and power of a "big" bike. My husband LOVES riding with me. He says seeing my smile when I'm in control of my own bike is well worth the money we spent for it. We ride together every weekend (weather allowing)

I keep begging my husband for my own bike and of our circle of friends , he is the only one that doesn't like the idea. The guys are all for it. most of the time they get away without the wives but not me I tag along I love my Harley and i love riding they all know that and they like me too. Hubby gets away now and then but that's our fun time ,the guys are cool about it.

Hey! go for it. We guys think it's cool. But anyway, who cares what other people think if that's what you want to do.
Check out Angi's blog on the link below. She rides and writes about her experiences as well.

Burgman 400 owner here.... Tried the 650 but my legs aren't long enough for it. I LOVE my new scoot, and I love it much better than sitting on the back of my hubby's 1100 Shadow Spirit! I like being the one incontrol. ;o)

Hi there, I was once with my father passing by a super market... and we saw many girls on motorcycles...
My father don't even want to leave just to stay looking at them... and I told my father: "Let's go." but my father don't even wanted to leave the place just to look the girls, so to answer the question... I think it's
not usual to see girls in motorcycles but I think we as guys like it... It's not weird...
