Actually, there's a good write up about this in the book "Men are from Mars, Women from Venus". Seriously, the author analyzes some of these habits of women, such as their need to build consensus, seek advice and validation from their friends, and, the worst, they need to be the "Fix-it" committee when it comes to men.

I think you are making a HUGE sweeping generalisation. Not all women are talkative. Women are individuals.
perhaps you have a lot of talkative women in your life. Perhaps you particularly notice talkativeness in women.

Why are we women so talkative? HMMMMM........I guess it's the same reason that most men will look 2 hours for the remote rather than getting up and turning the channel by hand. It's our porogative, lol.

not all women are...i'm really shy at first...but then later on i open up. i don't know. i guess girls just want a guy that they can trust and talk to. they really like to know that a guy will be there for them and stick with them even through hard times...
