Personally I'd choose a moderator .... all things in moderation, you know. With a moderator people are more likely to accept a decision, but with an ultimator people may feel backed into a corner.

I think there are cases where an ultimator would be better than a moderator. Isn't using an ultimator the same thing as binding arbitration? If so, I think you've come up with a cool job title for a not-so-glamorous job.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I think that "The Ultimator" sounds like a RAW wrestler or one of Schwarzenegger's new movies. Although I have to say it is pretty ingenious maybe your in the wrong business, next move.....Hollywood...... but, ultimately you have to make the desision after all, maybe you'll need to hire an ultimator to do that for you!!!!!!
