BRILLIANT, brilliant question. However, I don't think you are going to alter the thinking of Americans with this question.
And remember, not all of them have been betook by the propaganda.

If the people that are fighting in Iraq were only attacking American soldiers, I would look at them differently - but they are not. They are blowing up bombs with no regard for who is in the way. They are very content to kill each other - and they're doing it A LOT. That is why I personally look at the people fighting there as villians.

A civil war is quite a different story than terrorists that take their idealogic cause anywhere thay can. Governments that condone, fund or turn a blind eye to them are my enemy. If you even asked that question today in alot of countries you would be killed. The blame for every death by accident, terrorism or combat on either side lies squarely at the feet of my enemy. God rest their souls. They brought the war to us in bits and pieces since the Munich Games. My governments response was always measured and proportionate. 9/11 bared our teeth. Let freedom ring. You go ahead and bite the hand that provides you with the freedom to say such ill-informed things.

That is Bush's philosophy not the philosophy of all Americans.
I personally have a problem with people flying planes into buildings. We needed to step up security and take precautions against something like this happening again.
I was against the Iraqi war from the beginning. I just never understood it.

The Iraqi people are not the insurgents- they are coming in from Syria and the rest of those neighboring pissant terrorist training camp countries.
And when did we ever say the Irish are heroes?

Bush's personal vendetta.
Remember, half the country did not vote for him. If it wasn't for rigged electronic polling stations and corrupt CEO's of the companies that create these electronic polling stations, Kerry would have destroyed Bush in the last election.
Thus, no Iraq war.

Because their president Bush is evil and started an unnecessary war with them and they can't seem to think for themselves. Americans believe the propaganda or just don't care. Only about one in four vote.
