I was thinkinga bout that yesterday! I spend too much time, I was even late for work last week because I got carried away on here. But I spend about 5 hours or so.

Enough to be useful to other users and to learn something for myself. A lot of questions ask obvious things that in front of most people, but loads are also great and challenging questions.
It's addictive but I guess 30 mins tops a day is more than enough I can afford to spend - I have other (better) things to do .....
