One good reason is to provide information to other people. You can basically do anything you want on your page. So, if you decide to create or acquire info that may be of some use to other users, this could be a plus. For example, you could have information on your page that shows how to setup a 360 page, since many people ask this question. When somebody asks this question in !Answers, you could paste your link in the Answer box.
Setting it up is very easy really. All you need to do is follow Yahoo's instructions - 1 step at a time and before you know it, presto! (:

I have found the 360 page to be very helpful in keeping family and friends up to date with what is going on in my life. It is easy to set up. Just go to Yahoo 360 and follow the onscreen instructions.

There is no GOOD reason...just self serving reasons to have a 360 page.
