Darwin comprises the natural selection concept, this theory provided the correct idea to explain all process and intricate mechanisms of evolution. the theory of natural selection is considered on par with newton's law of gravitation and Einstein's theory of relativity. The monumental work of Drawin was titled as "The Origin of species".

One page at a time..... "ORIGIN OF SPECIES" by Charles Darwin.

"It is not the size or the strength of an animal that allow a species to survive, but it's ability to adapt to change."

This is paraphrased..... I'm not sure of the exact quote, but it's close.

He did'nt. That's abiogenesis.
His work, as with all other biologists since then has been dedicated to discovering the mechanisms by which we evolve.

Oh and pathfinder, congrats! You win today's "moron of the day" award. Darwin NEVER stated, nor has ANY other biologist stated that "we evolved from monkeys" that's a creationists fantasy (like everything else that creationists believe). What he and ALL other biologists state is that we humans, like ALL other primates (yes, we are primates) evolved from a common ancestor.
I hope the big words there don't hurt your head too much.

Humans came about as a result of the process of natural selection.

Darwin's theory is full of holes. He claims, I believe, that man evolved from apes. But where did the apes came from, and where did their ancestors come from, and before that?
