If you are the Managing Director, details you discussed in your employment contract negotiations, such as medical insurance, life insurance, other benefits, and any employment "perks," terms of employment, salary increases, possible stock options, and guidelines pertaining to separation from the company will be contained in your copy of the employment contract.

If you did not negotiate an employment contract, then I suggest you contact the company's Human Resources Manager. The person in charge of personnel records, employment contracts, benefits packages, separation packages, etc., will be able to give you all the information you need.

What is an "application pack"? And why do you need to buy one?
