I don't, why would I feel guilty? I haven't done anything to feel guilty about.

There is a battle taking place inside each of us. It is a battle between good and evil, a struggle to overcome the evil temptations of life. All of us were born with a conscience, that little voice inside us that tells us right from wrong. It is this conscience which is deeply rooted in the very heart and mind of every individual which cause the constant feelings of guilt when we act contrary to God’s Law and the moral laws of our society.
This feeling of guilt is a witness to the weakness and sinfulness of our human nature, a corruption of our being that, unchecked, dominates our thoughts and actions almost constantly. The consequences of this feeling of guilt is clearer and easier to understand when it is studied in the pure light of the God-given Revelation of religious and moral values.

usually because you've done something wrong...it's like your concience (sp?). It kind of helps you decide between right and wrong in a way. Hope that helps a little...=)
