Think the best you'll find is something like http://www.yourpsp.com/psp/psp.html . Officially sanctioned content is easy to run on there, but non-official is less so.
Videos are easy to find though; notably, a lot of game sites (such as gamespot.com) offer reviews / game videos etc in PSP video format - always worth a look.
And utility-wise, PSPvideo9 is the most useful one I've seen - one-click transcoding and copying over of your existing media to your PSP ( http://www.pspvideo9.com )...
