i was going to answer this in my usual fashion but after reading some of the moronic responses i will say this from my years of watching people court and other shows of the like i will say if you can get her to say it on your answering machine or voice mail it can be used in court because one you leave message you know you are be recorded unlike a video tape.

Okay, write a pretend script...or just write a real one but it has to include the line "judges are morons, they will take my side just because I'm a woman." BUT, this is important, make sure the line is said by the part this other person will play...because I accidentally recorded myself saying that...and I got totally f-ed! Anyway...say you need to rehearse this script with that person and...while RECORDING!!!...ask if, you know, you can record it for "personal and public" reasons.

Even if you do, it would be inadmissible in court, if that's what you're planning on doing with it. You cannot tape anyone without their permission to be used against them. Then again, most laws are being thrown out the window with this gov't administration.

I have saved this as evidence against you.
this is conspiracy and obstruction of justice, forgery and lying to a court , provision of false evidence. falsifying affidavit, perjury, and breaking a vow to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. aka lying under oath.
besides, the court will call in a voice expert, and they will find out the voice is yours. prepare to spend 20 years in court with a fine of 500k
