Education in how businesses operate, how to manage them, how to start them, how to make money, how to hire employees--everything connected with owning or operating a business. You can also add courses in cultural communications because different cultures have different rules of business--and you need cultural understanding for multi- or international companies. You could also learn law. Politics. Product development and innovation. And many other things.

It has very little to do with any kind of real 'education'. Its a misnomer because its really a technical skill and doesn't even belong in a University. It has exaggerated importance because people worship money. Besides its more or less unneccessary because people are pretty good at lying and stealing as it is.
