Talk to him and tell that it was a mistake kissing him and next time, stay away and never get too closed to him. Otherwise, he will use you and will feel sorry for the rest of your life.

because he might realized kissing cousin its not right....forget about everything since its not good if youre going to keep doing it and creat some problems between your relationship with him..talk to him that you just carried away and you didnt mean too and forget about those thing. next time lock your door and get dress.

ok once when i was younger i was almost 12 yrs my cousin who i loved so much was sleeping i went and kissed him and after 15 mins he was walking around and i discovered that he was pretending to be sleeping and he acted as if nothing happened and i was so embarressed too ...so act as if nothing happened too....
