Let the other person know, express yourself. Make sure it is love. Not just love, but true love if you think it is. Don't say what your not sure about, it could break someones heart later. If you really love them, they might not love you. If so, if you really love them, you want them to be happy, with or without you. Love is a battlefield, there are survivors and there are casualties.

well, depends on you. if i were you, i wouldn't want to humiliate myself confessing to that person and it turns out to be otherwise. just talk to that person, build a strong friendship first. but beware though, you might lose a perfectly pretty friendship. see the signs if that somebody likes you back first.

if ur a boy u must see wether ur love is true love or not ,the true love is always with pain inside and makes u feel that u can do everything for ur love and u can give the best thing u like in ur life to ur love,if u felt so,then ur love is true and u must go for it,but for girls its different because their nature is different .
