Depends on the setting. If you are just walking up to women and asking to see them naked you will have problems. If you are on a date and it is too early you will have problems. If you know someone really well, have discussed the subject, and ask the right way it could work out for you. The only right time to ask is when you are in a long term relationship and/or married.
And don't be surprised if the women who don't feel threatened or offended laugh in your face.

I think todays women are above being offended, but still the same keep your nose out of the windows.
There is a law against that.
