Some people turn grey with age. And duy hairs. Some duy them earlier. No matter, blond people or brunette. Skin colour does not relate that even more.

Most times it would be a matter of choice, simply a sense of style that comes in changing your hair color. Also, the sun can bleach the hair out but this is usually seen in mixed heritage.

it could not be real blonde hair,they must have dyed or coloured it.
on the other hand i think that if parents are of different races(one black and one blond)could have childrens of mixed appearance or halfcast(blond hair and dark skin).......but that is a long shot though...
