All the time - news, people and crisis' hell you can't even go to the store anymore and not see / hear some sort of disturbing news and world events.
It is real sad at the direction of the world - everyone worried about their own skin.
About time we stepped up as a nation and did something don't ya think ?
Right after 9/11 I was taking my boys to school and for the first time I REALLY noticed the change in season - the colors were so brilliantly colorful and bright it all appeared new to me. It is quite sad when only a deplorable action causes the majority to wake up and take notice. I try and not take anything for granted anymore and I notice my surroundings alot more as well. This is a beautiful planet - too bad it is just going to waste !!

I think I do it about once a week. Sometimes I concetrate on good things (most times that happens when I'm at the nature and watch the birds and the trees) but there are times when I cant stop looking at the uglyness of the humanity.

About once a week when I'm in my garden. Anytime I'm at the airport. I like to do it at amusement parks too. But not nearly enough. Good question.
