well i am aieee student. wanted to top . have capabilities to top. cant give sufficient time for studies due to sleep. want an expert solution.

Well, insomnia's common to students and working professionals too, what you're going to have to do is TELL yourself that no matter what, you'll get a minimum of 5 hours of sleep a night, no matter what. You should get 8, but you can live on 5...

to be a topper you have to work hard. As far as sleep is concerned their are few techniques to control it

Whenever you feel sleep ...........Wash your face with water

Whenever you feel sleep ...........while studyingin night Go for a walk

Whenever you feel sleep ...........Close your eyes and think of your aim and decide to dedicate yourself to your aim

And one more way not for all because it costs in money............ Make a phone call to your boyfriend/girlfriend

Last but not the least write your aim AIEEE on every book on every wall on every note After every stanza soi that your aim should be in front of you all the time and you will not feel sleepy. Because your aim will not let you sleep.

actually there are two tyoers of person morning ang night person if you are a morning one then youre body functions well in the morning while you are a night person the opposite it is, just in your case you need to see a doctor for some advice.... it's so hard once you deprived yourself frm self because it will destroy the normal functions of your body!!!
