According to horoscopes Pisceans are mostly dreamy and dislike being in positions requiring leadership.I wish to change this trait.Is this possible?Are there Pisceans out there who are leaders of any team in a non-creative field?Are there Pisceans who are not dreamy?

You need to have your whole chart done. Your personality depends also on the location of your ascendents and the houses of your other planets.

depending on your place within the sign you might have quality's from the Pisces as ascendant or Pisces progressed to Aries. historically "fish" are head strong, strong motivators, wonderful actors and humanitarians and see things in black or white, no shades of gray to confuse them. though they can be secretive and escapists. have your birth chart done, this will give you a better idea into your full astrological self. remember Pisces, two fish swimming in opposite direction, a tension on the character: a natural perversity.

yeah am a pisces and am the leader of da beta club at my school and i like making speeches in front of ppl it comes natural 4 me but i am a dreamer though i can dream about anything

You need to have a full chart done. There are sites online that can help you. You may have moon signs and rising signs that are also influencing you.
