i beg to differ from the previous answer. a metrosexual guy is a one who dresses up flamboyantly, and certainly not someone that attracts the same sex. if metrosexual is used to describe straight men that attracts gay men, then almost 100% of all men are gay.
now back to the question, i certainly think it is not right to label anyone or any guy that is involved in a sexual relationship with another guy. it is only a growing up process where a male guy understands himself and discover both sexes. sometimes he gets involved with another guy, be it kissing, petting or full blown sex, these are all a process where he discovers himself. most people are curious about sex and stuff during their teenage years, therefore its all a natural process. it is those who labels other people that causes much more problems in the future. one thing leads to another. without the right counsel, the guy that is curious about his sexuality will in the end thinks that he is 100% homosexual. however, there are times where the guy is very definite about his sexuality since young and that is liking of the same sex. in which, isnt really anything wrong. i believe that one should persue whatever he/she likes and not be lead to a wrong pathway.

male homosexual: a man who identifies himself as homosexual, gay, or "queer." This man is attracted to other men sexually/romantically, but may or may not act on those attractions (have sex with men, kiss men, etc.).
male bisexual: a man who identifies himself as bisexual or "queer," is romantically/sexually attracted to both other men and also women, and may or may not act on one or more of those kinds of attractions (dating, having sex, etc.)
Transsexual male-to-female: a person born in a male body who feels that a mistake was made in their genetic make-up, that they really should have been born as a female. This person may dress as a female, behave as a female, and even undergo gender re-assignment surgery/hormone therapy to become physically female. Their sexual orientation is another matter, but in some cases, they may find themselves attracted to men, which would make them heterosexual (by most people's definitions) if they had completed the surgery, but homosexual (if they had not been able to afford surgery, had not wanted surgery, or were in pre-surgical stages)...really though, it's all about how people identify themselves...so just ask them!
Metrosexual: a heterosexual man who spends a lot of time/money on clothing, grooming, styling/beauty products, and physical fitness. On sight, may be mistaken for a gay man.

If a guy attracts other gay men to him, even if he is straight, he's a metrosexual(straight guy with gay tendencies).
