After running Norton Antivirus programme I often see that file Trojan.exe is attacked? If I delete this file completely will it affect the system of my computer? I need a detailed information about this.

depends on which file. some contain your operating sytem and deleting that would be bad. best option is to go to http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_frame.asp. and run this scan. it will get rid of the virus and your machine should run fine.
