What is the rate of abused husbands in Russia and how does this compare to abused wives?

A friend of mine insists that spousal abuse in Russia is directed predominantly at husbands as victims not aggressors. Anyone out there have some stats on Russian Domestic Violence? Thanks ahead of time.

I can't support my claim by hard data, but please believe my experience (I am a man myself)
The only official information (Russian Committe of Statistics - something similar to U.S. Census Bureau) I was able to find is that only about 10% of all crimes in Russia (not necessary related to domestic violence) are committed by women.
In Ukraine about 70% of all married women experienced spousal abuse (20% - on regular basis). No statisctics was given for men, so negligible it was.

Sometimes home violence happens and prevents. The bodily aspect does however emotional abuse nonetheless happens akin to regular yelling, cussing, threatening they'll hit you. Yes this may opt for guys or ladies. Both might do those matters. Its flawed each approaches, I might emotionally abuse any one via making feedback with out elevating my voice. The different character might be yelling and cussing at me whilst I am calm and say Well I do not suppose I deserve this sort of therapy from you, will you please promise you will not do that and this. Can you consider this or do you proportion an extra opinion? The different character might be mad I am doing it and yell and get disappointed. Now whose is being emotionally abused? I might yell and scream and that's emotional abuse. They might yell and scream and that's emotional abuse? Or is it them reacting? A great line. As to your 2 co-employees are they telling you this or are you seeing this. I have ago been with any one who while I known as at paintings to inform them what time I could be there for lunch and what sort of I omit them begin yelling at me I understand I understand, I gotta move!
