Where is the best place in the u.s. for my norwegian fiance to find work as a facilities manager?

My Norwegian fiance and I are in our early 40's and currently in Ireland but want to move back to my country, America. We want to move to an area of the country, preferably the southwest, where he can find a job as a manager - facilities, operation, security. He has extensive experience in this field and is multilingual.

The potential for that field is anywhere in the US. It just depends on what's available at the time and whether his qualifications meet the needs of the company. If you like the Southwest, does his languages include Spanish? Albuquerque and Santa Fe NM are nice.
