How can America support the world court and it's prosecution of Sadam and others but resolutely refuse to have any American subject to the same rule?
Any countries leader that set up and ran gitmo would be straight onto the wanted list. There is no legal basis for it in any law, including American law. If any country subjected an American to imprisonment in their own gitmo the States would go to war.
The policy on gitmo has done the United States immeasurable harm in the eyes of the world, put its servicemen in great danger by saying that the Geneva convention does not apply and of course lead to the deaths of innocent people beheaded in Iraq wearing orange boiler suits (the gitmo uniform)
He should certainly be impeached for the breaches of American law, putting his troops into further danger and making such a public relations gift to the terrorists.
If he really believes that he is legally and morally right he should sign up to the world court and be judged.

he certainly needs to got to jail, Guantanamo had it been not closed. because of the following reasons
1. in his time the price of almost every thing rise
2. in his time the people of the world are again going to be dived in to two, or even worse in to many due to his silly foreign policy
3 there is too much anti American feeling in a way never seen before...
I would have continued but the above by it self is can put him away for too long.

I think that he needs to be put on trial for his crimes against humanity. His attack of Iraq for no good reason, and the atrocitys that followed, the crimes being commited in Cuba. He should have to answer charges for all of this, if he is found guilty then yes he should be in jail, along with Cheney, Rumsfeld, rove. and the rest of his administration.

Defintelly needs to be impeached. If only for the reason that he broke his oath he took to uphold the Constitution and then he goes and tears up the 4th Amendment.

If he doesn't apply the laws about treason, arrest and try the traitorous people in our government, and continues to tolerate the seditious nonsense we see in questions like this, then perhaps he should for enabling people who undermine our country and our troops.

yes, for all those exquistely ignorant looks on his face that i have to suffer to look at every time i open the newpaper or see him on television. he looks as stupid as he is, which is a very rare feat. i think he should be charged with assualt and battery for making those faces. indecent exposure at the very least.

He shouldn't.
And he won't.
If the President is to be blamed then blame all responsible.
There's enough of 'em to go around.
