There are many ways.
1. For the girl/woman: The pill, an IUD, a diaphram.
2. For the man: a vasetomy (reversible).
3. For both: use the rhythm method advocated by the Catholic church. First, figure out when her period begins and ends (use a notebook). Then start counting. Sex during her period is perfectly safe. Sex for three days before her period begins, and three days after her period ends is 99% safe. Somewhere in the middle of the cycle is when she ovulates. This varies with each woman, from 10 to 12 days after period ends to 10 to 12 days (in some people it could be as little as 6 or 7 days) before the next period begins. During ovulation, she's 99% sure to get pregnant, given the right conditions. So that's 4 to 6 days when you should definitely either use a condom or some other method (e.g., diaphram) or abstain, or use oral and manual sex methods. The rest of the time, you're OK. When in doubt, don't. This method works if and only if you keep meticulous records on a daily basis.

tell her to get on the pill or the patch... or get shots..if she doesnt in i bet that in less than 6 months of unprotected sex she will get pregnant

you could go and get fixed or she could herself (tubes tied) if you both are not wanting anymore kids at all or if not she should really go and get on some type of birth control
