Have you on occasion find that others often don't take you seriously because of the way you look?

Question

At a restaurant or store, people tend to discriminate.
They often give the star treatment to those who dress to kill & not to others who dress casually.
More often than not it's the better dressed that often window shop but on the contrary the casually dress are serious shoppers.

You betcha. But it's not just the way you dress it's how you express yourself. I can go anywhere dressed in Levis and a
t-shirt and in seconds will have the person's attention and cooperation. Communication skills are more important than the way you look.

Yea all the time Becouse I had a girl friend who left me even thow I drouve 100 miles too see her every other weekend in 1 sommer in a old 1987 van She Shad to here friends I wos not her boyfriend I found out by a cousint. I even took her dinning,and to movies. All in one day then drouve back home enother 100 miles plus too mall in stuff.

Not so much as my apperance but I live in the deep south and have a heavy southern draw. People think I'm dumb just for that until they see my pay check or listen to what I say not how I say it.

yes...I had lots of money once cause my mum gave me some to buy clothes and i could not get help from the sales people...probably cause i was a teen and they might have thought i was just there to waste my time, and theirs.
