Vader, hands down.
Did you see Darth Maul shock his Sith Master half to death? Did you see him remotely nearly choke the life out of a man? Maul was just skilled with a fancy double ended light saber, Vader was a true Sith Lord and he proved it by defeating his master with just the help of his son, an apprentice Jedi.
PS Darth Vader is Dutch for Dark Father, do the Dutch know something about the Force that we do not?

has been hiding his true identity. Then Maul goes Vader my name is
Tom Cruise and I am your FATHER!!!!!!!!! Darth Vader screams
and jumps off the balcony. So the answer is Maul. lol.
