I am not anti-choice but, I really don't like abortion either. The decision should be the women's and whoever she slept with (If he is around) - not the government, churches, president or some televangelist scam artist. There is a reason a fetus is not called a baby; Babies are born. A fetus is a potential life and no more alive than a tumor. We don't give the death penalty to doctors for removing tumors. (Thank god)
My answer is: NO

For sake of argument. The doctor should only be executed if the mother that chose to have the doctor perform it is executed. (Both premeditated a murder, right???) I am pro-life, but I am not anti death, although my faith says that I am supposed to be, but that is where I veer from it. Pro life and the death penalty have nothing in common, apples and oranges.Dealth penalty is a punishment for an act committed by an adult that could have chosen not to do the act. Abortion is a decision made by one person to kill another. And one more point although I am against abortion, once you have confirmed knowledge that you have conceived, I do believe in the morning after pill as a form of birth control if you you accidentally have unprotected sex. That falls under an ounce of prevention pound of cure clause!!!!!! Ponder this.

So let me get this straight, you think killing someone would make this right after an abortion is performed? How is taking a life going to bring back the aborted child? Once again (see my answer to your other question), it is legal, as the majority of the society where you live has decided through the democratic process that this is allowed, get it? Just because you personally don't like something doesn't mean it is right or wrong in this context. You are not the law, you are just one person with an opinion, and you know what they say about opinions are like *******, everyone's got one.

For sake of argument. The healthcare expert ought to purely be executed if the mother that chosen to have the healthcare expert carry out it rather is executed. (the two premeditated a homicide, good???) i'm professional-existence, yet i'm no longer anti death, even though my faith says that i'm meant to be, yet it rather is the place I veer from it. professional existence and the death penalty have no longer something in uncomplicated, apples and oranges.Dealth penalty is a punishment for an act committed by potential of an grownup that would have chosen to no longer do the act. Abortion is a style made by potential of one man or woman to kill yet another. And one greater factor even though i'm against abortion, as quickly as you have shown expertise which you have conceived, I do have faith interior the morning after pill as a variety of beginning administration in case you you by threat have unprotected intercourse. That falls below an oz.. of prevention pound of treatment clause!!!!!! contemplate this.

The simple truth is we have to operate within the laws in place. In some states abortion is legal. No legal reason to impose capital punishment on the doctors. If you are unhappy with abortion being legal get off your rear and do something to change it.
And until they start putting to death all of these other people who will take your children out of their beds in the middle of the night only to assault them and bury them alive, the VERY least of my worries is a doctor who has people coming in with the desire for a medical service.

There was a case of a 9 year old child being raped by a grown black man..she wound up pregnant...should a doctor be put to death for not forcing this child to suffer for someone elses twisted crime?.....I dont agree you should just go lay up in bed and not worry about protection b/c you can abort it later, but in some cases its nessecary....

hell no, they should be given medals. If a 14 year old gets raped and is pregnant are you telling me that you want her to carry that baby to full term? What if the pregnant lady is suffering from toxemia should the lady die or abort the baby. Hey if you do not believe in abortion then you shouldn't get one, but mind your own business and leave the people alone.

No, most of times people they are not ready to take care of baby,Phicialy, financially, mantely or socially, and i have seen that children comes to hell and only gets suffering from all sides of life and they becomes bad spot in life for there self and for world,so it's better to go back before coming to this world. Second there are only few people those do it only due to selfishness,in that Case, if doctor do it knowingly ,he should punished.

They are only performing a service. We all have the right to choose. I have yet to see an anti-abortionist that volunteered to have the fetus transferred into their bodies ,only seeking to tell pregnant mothers what they should do complete with shouting, yelling, and sometimes murder. In our arrogant zeal,we often confuse our wills with God's will. Faith and trust means that we believe that God will take care of things. Peace.
