Well, I liked all the XMen movies, myself. I think I would most of all like to be Jean, tho. Although, I really didn't like how they made her kill Scott in the latest. She was a healer but also a destroyer. I liked Jean in the Phoenix series when it was on tv cartoons years ago.
I also like Mystique, she could become anyone else. & then there's Storm, who could control the elements. Also, what about the old tv shows like Isis & Wonder Woman. Then there's Spiderman & Batman. Don't know if these are all Marvel, but oh well.
Then check out The Fantastic Four.
AAAARGHHH, there's just toooooo many!!!!!! I like them all.

Even though he is not a mutant, he is still part of the X-men universe. I would want to be Juggernaut. I realize that he gets his power from the bands of Cyttorak and is not really a mutant, but he is still REALLY cool. I mean infinite inertia/momentum is pretty tight. I would love to have to ability to keep walking, and have nothing be able to stop me. In the comics, he also becomes good after a while, so he is not a major *** anymore. The Bands of Cyttorak are just really cool because he does not have to breath, eat, or drink water. He is almost literally unstoppable.

I think I would pick Apocalypse. His powers were kind of ill-defined, but seemed to be basically limited shape-shifting and energy blasts. But he was immortal, which is a pretty neat trick, if you can pull it off.
Not to say that his personality couldn't have used a little work. He seemed a little cranky, and his perpetual attempts to wipe out all other life on the planet seemed selfish. So I would work on being a kinder, gentler Apocalypse.

Dazzler! She had a hottie bf that put het into direct competition with Rouge, and she kicked Rougue's a**! She rocked and it would be a cool talent for Kaioke!
