One of the best ways to help is to eat healthy. Make sure the foods you eat throughout fill your requirements from the food chart other than that protein and healthy carbs are your best bet. When you are that busy it is important to eat more calories than you are burning. Healthy snacks throughout the day are a great energy booster as well. But you can't just eat the right food you need to stay hydrated and stay away from sweets. Plus keep in mind that all the health food in the work can't replace a good nights rest. If you can manage that then enjoy all the extra acyivities you can stand.

After waking up at 6 and getting home at 9 you should be tired. I t think you should less concerned with your diet and more concerned with how you divide your time. At 15 I'm sure you want to take on the world but if you continue to push yourself so hard you'll burn yourself out. I recommend you limit your hobbies and take time to relax and let your body rest. Rest is very important.
As far as eating habits go don't listen to these people saying red bull. Natural foods are the safest and healtiest way to go.

You should bring along with you a bottle of water, you don't want to get dehydrated, you should eat fruits, if you practice that much all the time, then you are always exercising, if you eat some pizza then its like your muscles slow down the process of exercising, I'm not saying that if you eat pizza your gona get tired cause your muscles slow down, im saying that that exercising process slows down so it would take longer to get healthier. You should eat food that is good for you, such as...fruits, vegetables, rarely you can eat junk food, Just about ne thing that is good for u.

Try to eat more raw vegan foods like fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted beans. Also cured olives like in the displays, not the ones in cans, will help you. Also avocado. See this site under "diet" for more info and don't worry about it being about losing weight.

You sound over worked. However, you could try fresh fruits and vegetables. To be honest I'm not sure there is a magic food that can help you.

Well if you are have muscle aches i recommend
eating something high in potassium like bannana's... Also eating foods high in protein will help tone out your muscles to where you'll be able to have more endurance.

maybe you should take it a little slower. you're going to be very tired soon. Why don't you try dancing only on weekends? This will give you leisure time and time to do homework. This way you won't be so tired and overwhelmed. Your schedule blows my mind. :)
