if you have a backup of the database, then load it as a new database with a different name then find the stored procedure and use a query/ddl tool to get the sql code

tip save all queries of SQL-hence text files on harddrive- write to CD.

Automated table tools are good, but it's important to save the SQL for times like these :-)
