Officially you are a UK citizen, not specifically Scottish, English or Welsh. However want you want to call yourself is up to you - you can choose to identify yourself Scottish, English, Welsh or British. I would tend to identify people as Scottish, English or Welsh according to their accent, I was born in England but have a Scottish accent and regard myself as Scottish.
