Very interesting question! In some ways I am younger than I used to be ... healthier, more fit, more relaxed, less responsibility (retired, children grown up and independent, etc.). So age is not always about counting the years ... it is also about the quality of the years and the quality of life. At 53 I feel younger than I did at 40.
