I'm from Israel, a hot country with not a lot of rainfall except winter. There are lots of malls here, but not enough, and not big enough!
Here in Israel, you are allowed to marry from the legal age of 18, drive at 15 and a half with a student permit, drink at the age of 18, yet 16 year old do it all the time.
We have seat belt laws indicating we must wear them while driving or in a car.
Nope, we don't have drive-ins, or atlest I think we don't .
There are a few ice-skating rinks here in Israel, inculding Canada Center.
:)
I've lived in this marvelous land for about 2 years, immigrated from the states.

So.California(The O.C.),Considered the Best Climate in the world,I live in a beautiful Beach town,I avoid the mall, all the cuties are at the beach. You must be 18 years to marry and 21 to drink.$500 fine for no seat-belt,no drivins left :-(Skating Rinks inland only,I have lived here since birth over 30 years.Oh and I do believe the worst drivers are here, because God forbid when it does sprinkle everyone either thinks it is a hailstorm(drives so slow) or drives roughly on the oil slicked asphalt and crashes into the slo-pokes.And You?

I live in Washington state. I have been here or in the Northwest of the United States for most of my life. It rains a lot, especially during the winter months. But in the summer it is beautiful! There are a lot of trees, mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. We have a lot of malls in our area. You can get married on your own at 18. You get a learner's permit to start driving at 15, and can get your license at 16. It is the state law to wear a seat belt or you can get a ticket and fined. There is one driv-in theater in our area. There are lots of skating rinks, and lots of outdoor skate parks for skate boarding.

I am from Oklahoma City, it is very large on a scale, but the population is not. It is busier than most of the country thinks Oklahoma is though. There are several malls, and they are nice, and updated. We have one Drive in here, and one in Tulsa, Ok. There are seat belt laws, I hear they are strict, but yet to hear of anybody getting pulled over for them. Plenty of Skating Rinks, I take my nephew all of the time(Good Excuse, I love it)! Its hot here, very humid, average on rain, mild to cool winters. Eighteen to marry, Sixteen to drive, although I think that might change soon. Twenty one to drink....thank god!
