Yes it is.
It is obvious that Americans cannot differentiate between a transnational and a multinational company and it is obviously seen that they also confuse a transnational comp. with international ones which means it is high time they all learned prefixes......... Otherwise in 5 years time there will be NO AMERICA

Obviously you never studied economic otherwise you would fins that these companies do a lot of good. For example, GDP and enviromental standards have a direct correlation, GDP's over $5k per capita have much higher environmental standards than their counterparts. Also, they create jobs globally, this means more people form different parts of the world are able to increase their standard of living even if it they make considerably less than we do. They also created stability through interdependence. If all nations we're dependent on each other for economic growth, there would be no war.
I hope I made a difference if someone's life today! :)

Many multinational companies have economies far greater than many nation states. Not surprisingly many are American owned (Microsoft for example). Would you expect the world to be anti American because of this?
In some ways your question raises a good point in that multinational companies have far more power to create ecenomic problems, fund terrorism and take over countries than many countries and their government so it would be prudent if world governments actually sat down and discussed how they would deal with harmful actions by these companies.
Sadly you ruin your good question by tying it to America. Companies have already been implicated in seeking to take over other governments. If France or Germany were desolated by a multinational company would it somehow seem less important to you than if just one state in America suffered?
America continues to attract criticism for self, self self. You have added to that by making this question specific to American interests rather than to anywhere else when other countries and minorities are at far greater threat.

No it is not. The greatest threat is from the 1/3 of the worlds population that refuses to move out of the 14th Century and threaten all modern countries. They BELIEVE what they believe. What do you believe?
