my daughter is immigrant can she petion us we have our us visa?

our us visa is up to 2008 my husband is working in japan at morocco embassy and my youngest daughter is in senior hi school in japanese schoolwhat is the best way she can help us

US immigration laws are very complex, and you did not provide much information. If your daughter is a naturalized US citizen, she may file immigrant petitions for you and your husband. If she only has a Green Card, she may not.

She can file a relative petition thru Immigration.
