Do I need to purchase tickets in advance to see outside courts at wimbledon, or just turn up?

To be assured of court position on centre and No 1 courts are always best bought in advance. By queueing early morning there is a chance of getting a ticket for that day and seeing a match of yuor choice. Good luck.

You can turn up to gate 3 of the Wimbledon grounds, there are 6000 tickets a day on sale for the outside courts. They are sold first come first served, so get there early.

Get there early the day of and buy a ground pass. They're inexpensive.
