Majority by logic would say Brazil. Then again because of home advantage it could be Germany. You cannot rule out Italy and England too especially since the World cup is being held in Europe. But going by current form Argentina seem to be a good bet.

brazil, they are just too good...
maybe germany since they have home advantage..
any other nation? they need some mad luck..
i would say spain is the next closest to brazil and germany..
