Let the ten's digit be 'x' and the unit's digit be 'y'
so the number will be '10x+y'
Given: 10x+y=4(x+y)
-->6x=3y
-->y=3x

Also given: 10x+y=2xy
substitute y=3x in the above equation
on solving the linear equation you get x=3
since y=2x, y=6

hence the number is 10x+y=10*3+6=36

Consider the number as 10x + y.
Now the two equations can be created as
10x + y = 4(x+y) -----(1)
10x + y = 2xy ---------(2)

On simplifying we get x = 3 and y = 6
So the correct answer is 36
