I saw the trailer and it looked rubbish. Kirsten Durst in an American accent and soundtrack by New Order. I love Marie Antoinette, Kirsten Durst, American accents and New Oder. But not all at the same time.
and if they portray that poor woman as a frivolous **** I am gonna stop sending Sopia Coppola Christmas cards.

You can still send Sofia Coppola Christmas cards - they show her frivolity as a result of her being bored out of her brain in Versailles. I thought the film was quite good, you could wait for the DVD
