Why are guys so confused about how girls act?

Actually, no one can be entirely sure about what another person is thinking or why that person does what she or he does...

I don't think understanding another person depends so much on whether that person's a boy or a girl. Everyone's different!

I'm as confused and puzzled about how other boys act as I am about how girls act. Check my profile and see one of the other questions I asked for an example: I really do not understand why some boys go after sex with such a vengeance. For all I know, my mind works completely differently from theirs. As boys we might have the same hormones, but our individual minds respond to them differently. We're just different individuals with different mindsets! :p

Finally, girls are often confused about how I act too, so it's not just a problem for boys.

Actually I do sort of know who I can understand and who I can't.

I can pretty much understand anyone who's driven by logic, trust, friendship, honesty, and understanding. I can understand most things that are premeditated.

I can't understand drama queens (or kings!), spontaneous people, or people who are driven by hormones.

The two characters in fiction I understand the best happen to be female: Jane Eyre and Hermione Granger. And if they were real people (and Rochester and Weasley didn't exist), I'd know perfectly well how to win their hearts too ;)

we all have different faces that we present to the world and to others, and because of the ways that we are raised differently it adds to the confusion, so things are done and seen differently than what we would believe that we would do. and no one wants to get hurt so things can be said directly, off shaded or even lied about.(it is a refelction of how we look at ourselves) but male and females are raised differently these days so blame the confusion on family values genetics and biochemistry

Because so far as we are concerned you dont act rationally and we do. In other words we dont have a clue as to how you think so how could we figure out how you'r gonna act?

It's like an ant trying to understand a monkey. We are not on your level. There is no way we can possibly understand anything as complicated as a woman. Men are really quite simple. Please remember that when trying to tell us anything.
