All babies are different. My first son got his when he was like 6 months old or so. My neice got hers when she was only like 2 months old. Some babies are even born with teeth, called needle teeth. Some babies dont get them until they are 8 or 9 months old. There is no way to tell until you see the tooth or feel it right under the gums!

Average is about 6 months, but some babies are born with teeth, and some don't get the first tooth until after their first birthday. It's very individual.

Some babies are born with a tooth and then it regresses. My daughter got her first tooth at 3 months and my son just got his first at 7 months (two weeks ago) Apparently I have heard that the later they are the stronger the teeth. I hope you don't have lots of pain and crying . Get some teething rings and keep them in the freezer. They will help. Good luck.

Could be any time from birth to 15 months. I believe after 15 months, then it becomes an issue and you should see your pediatrician about it.
